My wife and I paid a visit to two coffee shops this weekend. "Coffee Shop A" great menu, great coffee but was in a bad location. "Coffee Shop B" was in the heart of town, roasted their own coffee, and had a great view overlooking the water. Which one do you think had more people and was the one I visited twice? Even with a better view and freshly roasted coffee, coffee B could not keep pace or bring me back in. What was the difference, it was the culture. One culture was cold and uninviting the other had the warmth of a home and had a great feel. One took pride in their product and was adventurous the other had hardly any product at all, and lacked vision. If our culture truly matched the culture of Jesus what would the results look like?
